We at Rigour IT Ltd need to collect and retain details of potential clients, clients or suppliers so we can communicate with you and/or your business. We retain communication information such as your name, your business, email address, telephone numbers and any other contact information.
We use this information to communicate effectively with supplying IT products and services. Depending on the type of information given, we may record your personal email addresses, telephone numbers and mobile numbers. This contact information is also used to provide marketing information to our potential clients and clients detailing what services and products we can supply to them. We also look to invite potential clients and clients to any future events as well as provide relevant articles using the same contact information.
Rigour IT Ltd retains potential client information for the use of marketing. We hold supplier and client information based on a contractual, financial and legal basis to comply with UK law.
We may share your private information with our vendors when registering for special pricing, to register for events on your behalf. We do not share your information with 3rd party companies without your agreement other than for compliance with the law.
Rigour IT Ltd may share your information with any legal entity to assess creditworthiness or risk assessment as a part of our trade, as well as pass this to debt collection agencies where appropriate.
We store your data using GDPR compliant service providers who are all based in the EU and are themselves GDPR compliant. We ensure that there are suitable contracts in place before using their services.
If you do not agree with the privacy policy, then as a potenital client, we can remove your information from our marketing database. If you are a client or supplier who has conducted business with us, then we can unsubscribe your account to our marketing information.
Rigour IT Ltd is committed to only collecting the minimum amount of personal data to conduct its business and to maintain efficient and accurate communications with you.
We will take appropriate steps to protect your personal information and to keep it up to date. If you would like to see the information we hold about you or need it updating, please contact us (details at the end of this policy).
Once you have provided your personal information to us, we will retain that information for as long as you are a customer or vendor of Rigour IT Ltd. If you cease to be a customer or vendor, then we will remove your information from our systems after seven years to comply with UK accounting law.
If you are a potential client and no longer wish to be contacted by us, we will remove your information from our systems within 7 days of us confirming your request.
